Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify KIS88 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team.
KIS88 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where KIS88 has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met, that fraudulent information has been provided, or that the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
One Account per person. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — KIS88 reserves the right to close all accounts and void any associated bets, winnings, or bonus balances without prior notice.
KIS88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change at KIS88's discretion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution or payment provider.
KIS88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or where unusual account activity has been detected. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any KIS88 intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing lawful wagers and accessing your Account, in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including copying, distributing, modifying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works — is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from KIS88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIS88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
KIS88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. KIS88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, telecommunications interruptions, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit KIS88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
KIS88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting KIS88 support, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and the withdrawal of any remaining Player Funds balance in accordance with these Terms.
KIS88 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any material provision of these Terms, engage in Prohibited Conduct, fail to pass KYC verification, or where KIS88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Upon termination, any pending bets not yet settled may be voided or settled at KIS88's discretion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure under all circumstances. Real-money Player Funds will be returned to the Player via an available payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which KIS88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to KIS88's internal complaints process. KIS88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism before commencing formal legal proceedings. KIS88's decision on all matters relating to the operation of games and settlement of bets shall be final and binding, absent clear evidence of manifest error.
KIS88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights or obligations as a Player — KIS88 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days through a Platform notification or by email to your registered address.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may be made without prior notice.
